Legal 500 listed law firm is looking to recruit a residential conveyancer to join its well-regarded property team.
The firms objective is the delivery of a first class service to all clients and has built a reputation for providing quality legal services.
The property team is looking to continue its growth with the addition of an experienced residential conveyancer to join its team in Leeds. Based in the busy Leeds office, the role will involve: managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, liaising with clients and third parties, raising and responding to enquires and dealing with more complex matters. A proven background handling a caseload of residential property transactions is essential to this role. Ideally you will have a good understanding of sales and be competent running your own caseload of other conveyancing matters including purchases, re-mortgage and transfer of equity.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer looking to make the move from a volume conveyancing firm into private practice.
