Corporate Solicitor

I am working with a global international heavyweight US firm with a solid presence in the UAE and particularly in Dubai. 

They are looking for a corporate lawyer to join the team to support the partners on a variety of PE & M&A matters primarily in the MENA region.    You will ideally be E&W qualified, between 1 and 3 years PQE,  and will have trained at, and have experience from another leading law firm,  confident that your deal sheet demonstrates the level of transactions that they will want to see demonstrated. 

Arabic would of course be a bonus, but it isn’t necessary,  along with a compelling story of why a Dubai move make sense to you.
