Our client is a firm at the heart of the Manchester legal scene, enjoying impressive growth in all areas of its full service offering. The real estate team is busy and requires an additional paralegal to handle a broad range of real estate work.
You will be supported by a friendly team including real estate lawyers who are experts to learn from. You will have gained good transactional property experience, dealing with a broad mix of commercial property matters including pre and post completion work.
Overall, you will have at least six months’ commercial property experience and be keen to join a friendly and supportive firm where you will be in a genuinely hands on role. As a commercial property paralegal, you will enjoy being part of a team and for this role will have drive and enthusiasm to learn and progress within this specialist real estate team.
