Bid Executive

Bid Executive within an international law firm.  This is a 'hands on' and highly visible role, operating at senior levels within the business.  There are clear opportunities for progression for the successful candidate.  

As Bid Executive you will work primarily with partners, associates and BD teams, both in the UK and internationally, helping to navigate the proposals process and create high quality proposal documents and presentations.  The role will involve writing bids, credentials, CVs and capability statements, ensuring the bid is conveying the firm’s expertise in a way that will resonate with the client.  You will conduct market research, and use insights from the wider BD team, to ensure the firm gains a competitive advantage.  You will also work on best practice initiatives around the bid process.

The successful candidate will have gained experience of managing the bid process, have excellent written skills and have the confidence to work autonomously with partners.
