Enfranchisement Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

Due to volume, an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to join and help develop a highly regarded enfranchisement department of this multi-sited law firm in Surrey.  The Enfranchisement Team of 9 operates within their reputable Commercial Property Department.

Reporting to the Partner you will handle all forms of enfranchisement work, either working on matters delegated from the Partners or building and developing your own caseload with this emphasis, depending on experience and ability.

They will consider an Assistant Solicitor (1-2 yrs. PQE) up to Senior Associate (5-7 yrs. PQE).  The successful candidate will display a sound knowledge of and have experience in enfranchisement work including service charge disputes and Tribunal applications.
