Our client an ambitious firm based in the heart of London is offering a rare opportunity for a Locum Property Solicitor to work from home on a part time, ongoing, locum basis due to a permanent vacancy. The role would suit a qualified property solicitor who has had experience dealing with the full remit of both commercial and residential property transactions.

This opportunity will enable the successful Locum Property Solicitor to manage a split caseload (70% Commercial Property and 30% Residential Conveyancing) from the comfort of their own home. Due to the nature of this role this successful applicant must be technically competent and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Applications for this Locum Property Solicitor role will be considered from qualified solicitors with at least 5PQE who has experience dealing with mixed net worth clients. Ideally the successful candidate will be immediately available and able to commit to an ongoing, part time, locum role.

Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate must have their own computer, good internet speed and the ability to work on a cloud based system.
