Property Litigation Lawyer - NQ

Due to continued growth and client demand, my client is looking to recruit a talented Solicitor for their Property Litigation Team.

The Property Litigation supports a wide range of clients both regionally and nationally, from institutional investors, banks, developers, public sector bodies, businesses and individuals

The team is part of my clients' wider Dispute Resolution Group and also works closely with the Real Estate Group.

The successsful candidate will undertake all areas of real estate litigation, including commercial, residential and agricultural, supporting all of our core sectors. There is a wide remit in terms of the range of work from Agricultural to long-term residential, mineral registrations and grants, right to manage/residential surcharges, Developer disputes, Public authority work, landed estates offering and diverse issues across the South West.

The Property Litigation is well ranked in Chambers and Partners for the South West.

As a result, you will be joining a team who feel passionate about what they do, working collaboratively with clients and other advisors such as surveyors, land agents and consultants to achieve the best results. This is a great chance to be exposed to high quality work and ongoing training.
