The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Solicitor with solid Commercial Property experience, for a specialist team in the Hounslow area. Ensuring an efficient but personable service at all times, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex and challenging caseload to include: acquisition and disposal of commercial premises; advice on planning; lease granting and renewals; developments and redevelopments and; option agreements. It is envisaged that this role may include some residential property matters, therefore previous experience in this area is desirable but not essential. The successful Solicitor will also be keen to immerse themselves within business development initiatives as required. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE gained within Commercial Property;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
Residential Property experience is highly advantageous but not essential;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be technically competent with good commercial acumen;
You will have a desire for professional development.
