The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 per hour
Contract Type: Ongoing locum assignment

Our client, a well-established firm based in Cambridgeshire is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their experienced property team on a full time locum basis. Established for over 200 years' the firm have organically grown a reputation for providing a high quality legal service for individuals and businesses.

This opportunity will enable the successful Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage and progress a full caseload of domestic property transactions which will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Equity releases
• Landlord and tenant matters

Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer will be considered from experienced solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have gained at least 3-5 years' PQE who have dealt with the full remit of domestic property transactions. Ideally the successful applicant will be technically competent and has the confidence and ability to hit the ground running.
