Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Are you a residential conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with a wealth of experience in managing the full process of a conveyancing life cycle?

You will be a senior property lawyer or residential conveyancer with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. Ideally you will have handled the full spectrum of sales and purchase transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties.

You will also ideally have had exposure to matters including right to buy, new builds, transfer of equity and equity release work. As an experienced residential conveyancer you should be used to working on complex and high value estates and be use to the concept of business development within the estate agency and high value individual / investor markets. 

You will have developed exposure to local and regional networking and preferably be used to setting up professional local client relationships.
