Family Solicitor

Our client, a long established North Manchester based firm is regarded as a progressive and friendly firm with a focus on client care. A rare opportunity has now arisen for a Family Solicitor to head up the Family team.

The role will involve running a busy caseload in the full remit of privately funded family matters such as divorces, cohabitation, ancillary relief and private children's matters. You will be responsible for managing the department, including supervising junior staff and driving the department forward through client generation and business development.

The ideal candidate will be at least 8 PQE with a strong background in Privately funded Family Law, including high net worth matters. You will be dynamic in your approach and have a proven track record of generating work as well as managing others. A strong referral network and experience in mediation is desirable.
