Locum Property Solicitor sought in the Brentwood area for two weeks in August.

With a number of accreditations, they have built an enviable client base, providing bespoke advice to individuals and businesses throughout Essex and beyond.
The Role
We are now seeking a talented and technically excellent Property Solicitor to join our clients’ thriving practice on a locum basis. Commencing 4th August, the successful Solicitor will be required to hit the ground running with a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property matters to include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; property finance; transfers of equity; development projects including site assembly and plot sales; investment properties; lease extensions and enfranchisement and; landlord and tenant matters.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 2 years’ plus PQE gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in both Residential and Commercial matters.
You will be commercially aware with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will be able to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
You will be available the start of August for a fortnight.
