A national Conveyancing firm with an excellent reputation in the market have a number of opportunities available in the South West and South Wales for Home Based Residential Conveyancers. Although this role is home based it is full time, permanent and the client will cover all expenses to set up.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience and the ability to work on their own initiative. Candidates must be able to undertake all aspects of the Conveyancing process including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages.

Applications may also be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have 12 months experience at an established firm.
