A leading recruitment business is seeking a German qualified lawyer for a broad commercial role in the highly regarded in-house legal team, based in the head office in the City of London.
Working closely with the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will undertake a range of duties including reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both German and English, providing legal advice to senior stakeholders in the business and other legal work including but not limited to employment and corporate matters.
Candidates must be German qualified lawyers and be fluent in both German and English. You must be able to demonstrate experience in contract negotiation. Post qualified in-house legal experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
