This highly regarded South West law firm are seeking a Conveyancing paralegal to join their Residential Property team based in Thornbury. This is a unique opportunity and a role, which will make an important contribution to the overall work of the Conveyancing team. Your new role
Due to continued growth, the firm are seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to join their flourishing team based in Thornbury. Your duties will include checking and closing files, the drafting of Contract documentation, obtaining documents from the Land Registry and collating documents to include in the Contract pack and providing estimates for residential conveyancing by telephone, email, by post and in person as required. You will take a lead role in the running of the files by being first point of contact on the telephone and by email.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a capable and dynamic individual in addition to possessing strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure. You will be a paralegal with previous residential conveyancing experience or be studying towards CILEx qualifications. You will be willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department and increase their reputation within Bristol and the wider region. You will be working in a busy environment therefore it is essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are capable of using your own initiative.
