THE ROLE
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a busy team based in London. This role is suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE and expertise within Commercial Litigation. The ideal Solicitor will have previous experience in networking and business development, with a drive to win new business and clients. The successful candidate will be working on a diverse caseload advising on all aspects of Commercial Litigation matters that may arise, which includes: shareholder and partnership disputes; intellectual property matters; bankruptcy/company insolvency and; complex property disputes. The successful Solicitor will work well within a team with excellent client focus to further develop the department, an existing client base/following would be an advantage.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of four years PQE;
Expertise within a broad range Commercial Litigation matters
Solid expertise in marketing and networking;
You must be a professional with good negotiation skills;
You will have outstanding client contact and a business development;
You will be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Ideally have a client base or contacts in the market that refer work
