THE ROLES
Within the Real Estate Group which represents a formidable power-house in the UK.
The group has the expertise and capacity to handle the largest and most complex transactions acting for institutional investors and entrepreneurs, national property developers and large corporates with extensive property portfolios.
The teams have advised on many high profile office, retail, leisure, development and regeneration schemes throughout the UK. They have also worked alongside clients on high volume portfolio transactions.
The role will involve undertaking a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, and working as a member of a couple of the firm's principal client account teams.
ABOUT YOU
Two real estate lawyers are required, at 2-3pqe and 5pqe+, and both will have excellent knowledge of commercial property and related law and experience in the drafting of property contracts, leases, reports and contract negotiation.
The successful candidates will have:
¢ Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
¢ A proven record of a high standard of client care for existing clients
¢ Some experience, and an interest, in business development
