The firm is seeking to recruit a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) for their growing Basildon, Essex office.

You will join a highly experienced team working in the Basildon office, although working as part of the wider Corporate Commercial team firm-wide. You will work alongside a high experience Partner, dealing with your own caseload as well as assisting with excellent quality work. This role will give you experience ahead of your years of PQE. It will be a wide-ranging caseload working with a varied client base; this will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; acquisitions, disposals, take-overs and mergers, asset sales/purchases, partnership/shareholder's agreements, loan agreements, company restructuring, company/partnership formation, company secretarial issues, employee share (option) schemes and terms and conditions.

This role comes with excellent training, development, and prospects for progression.

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between NQ - 2 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one training seat in Corporate Commercial
• You should be a friendly candidate who takes pride in delivering excellent service
