The firm is seeking a Residential Solicitor to join the Residential team, in the flourishing, Essex office.

The Residential team sit within the Real Estate group. You will work within a highly experienced team who work with some of the biggest Developer names nationally as well as landowners and builders. You will deal with a high-quality caseload which will include; Purchase of land for development, Site assembly, Land promotion, Conditional contracts, Participation agreements, Negotiation of agreements for the construction and adoption of roads, sewers and other infrastructure.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, and you will supervise more junior members of the team while running your own caseload.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have experience of dealing with Residential Development
• You should have a good billings history and should be a dynamic individual
• Attention to detail and an excellent technical knowledge are essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus excellent benefits.
