The firm is seeking to recruit a Housing Solicitor (Landlord side) into their Birmingham office.

This Tier Housing department has a wealth of experience; you will find they deal with the highest quality work and have one of the industry's most impressive client bases. This role will see you dealing with a hands-on caseload, with lots of client contact. You will deal with; Housing Litigation, Housing and asset management, Landlord and tenant act, Disrepair cases, Anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Housing Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have good technical knowledge
• Experience of dealing with the landlord side is essential
• You will be based in the Birmingham office.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
