PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – 5PQE

UP TO £45,000 + benefits

My client is a highly reputable multi officed law practice based in the heart of Bournemouth.

Due to growth within the firm, a new role within the private client services team has become available.

This role will offer you as a highly motivated senior lawyer the scope to develop private client services within a range of fields ideally covering 3 out of 4 of the following areas

• Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
• Wills and Probate;
• Trusts, including Personal Injury Trusts;
• Personal Wealth Management, Tax Planning and Tax Compliance.

Essentially, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience within one or more of these fields.  In this role you will be working alongside my clients highly regarded Family, Personal injury, Clinical Negligence and Court of Protection Departments.

The role would be suitable for a senior or an experienced solicitor. My client pride themselves on providing excellent legal advice and operating in an innovative and intelligent way.
