The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Technology Solicitor to join the Reading based office.

You will deal with a wide range of clients, spanning start-ups to Global and International companies with offices in both the UK and mainland Europe. You will find many the firm's clients are fast growing and very entrepreneurial. The department has a relationship with many clients of being that of an external counsel resource providing day-to-day advice and adding real value to their clients matters. You will deal with negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, Terms and conditions, Data licensing, Data privacy and protection, Intellectual property, Digital media contracts, Advertising and consumer protection and supply chain contracts.

Due to the growth of the department, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Commercial Technology Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have good experience of dealing with digital media, data and IT contracts will be of assistance.
• You should have excellent communication skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
