COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FEE-EARNER – 1 TO 3 PQE OR EQUIVALENT

CHICHESTER

UP TO £40,000 PLUS BENEFITS PACKAGE

My clients busy Commercial Property and Business Services Team is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Chichester based department.

The ideal candidate will be 1-3 years PQE.

It is essential that you have a grounding in property work, having undertaken one or more seats in commercial property as a trainee and/or residential conveyancing and some prior training or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial would be an advantage (but is not a requirement).

Commercial awareness is key as the Team has a broad, challenging portfolio of local and national clients and we are offering sound experience working across all areas of Property Law including acquisitions and disposals, residential development, landlord and tenant and financing.

Whilst technical skill is important, the team is dedicated to a pragmatic, holistic approach to matters and my client are looking for a like-minded individual to enjoy a fresh challenge with real potential for career progression.

Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
