In-House Commercial Lawyer – Bedfordshire
Our client is a successful and growing business with an established legal team. Due to continued growth they now seek an additional commercial lawyer to work in a broad role.
The position will involve advising the business on a broad range of legal matters including general contracts, procurement, IT, IP and digital marketing. You may also need to advise on some construction, property and employment matters. The position may also involve overseeing compliance and corporate governance issues.
You will be a bright and capable lawyer with some experience in the above areas. Training and support will be given but you must be able to work under your own initiative.
