Currently the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Family Solicitor to join their specialist team.
THE ROLE
You will be an experienced Family Solicitor with a strong client following. You should have a wide range of privately funded experience including divorce, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements and Children Act matters. You will have strong communication skills and be able to explain complex matters to your clients in clear, accessible language. You will actively immerse yourself in business development by building client relationships and promoting the department and practice at a wider level. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be an experienced Private Family Solicitor;
Have a client following;
Be a robust litigator;
Ideally have membership of Resolution or similar, but not essential;
