Thriving practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for busy team based on the Essex/London border.

Our client is a successful practice, who deliver a select range of legal services to individuals and businesses in areas including: Conveyancing, Private Client and Employment law. Staffed by a team of experienced lawyers and support staff, they have built an excellent reputation for their efficient and personable service and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
The Role
We are now actively seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for a thriving team based in Romford. With the skills and expertise to manage a varied caseload, the successful Lawyer will advise on a wide range of freehold and leasehold residential transactions to include: sales and purchases; lease extensions and renewals; transfers of equity; remortgages and; shared ownership. Our client is particularly keen to hear from Solicitors and Legal Executives with additional Commercial Property experience, however this is not a pre-requisite for the position. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent, able to handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
Commercial Property experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and targets;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated.
