My client, a multinational company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a fixed term project basis.
The role is on a project basis and would report in to the Head of Legal.
A large part of the role will be updating and putting into place contracts with suppliers and distributors as well as reviewing and improving the current contracts management system.
Candidates of interest will be:
- Qualified lawyers or non-qualified experienced Contracts Managers
- Good experience working in a volume-heavy contracts manager role, particularly working in-house for a company in a variety of sectors including FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors
- Strong technical skills particularly relating to drafting commercial contracts
