Serious Injury Solicitor is needed for an excellent opportunity with an exceptional defendant law firm based in the heart of Liverpool. Salary is paying between 42k - 53k plus a very decent bonus package.
My client is a national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are seeking to recruit a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor to manage a caseload of EL/PL & RTA High Value Serious injury files at litigation stage. The client base will be local authority, public sector and insurance clients so you must have defendant experience to be successful.
Candidates must have the ability to run a Serious Injury EL/PL & RTA caseload from start to finish and you will have proven knowledge of litigation procedures. You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing and organisational skills to a very high standard. You will be committed and self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
Applications are invited from Senior Solicitors, Legal Executives with at least 3 years experience running a litigated Catastrophic EL/PL & RTA caseload. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System.
