Personal Injury Paralegal – RTA Fraud. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level fast track personal injury RTA fee earner with litigated RTA Fraud experience to join this leading national defendant insurance firm.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a personal injury paralegal handling a litigated caseload of fast track defendant RTA fraud or litigated defendant RTA files. Candidates with litigated claimant RTA experience will also be considered.

REASON FOR THE POSITION

As a result of an increase in the amount of work handled by the team, the Manchester-based insurance fraud department is looking to hire an ambitious personal injury paralegal to handle a litigated fast track caseload of defendant motor fraud files.

PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGALS OR LEGAL EXECUTIVES

Candidates suitable for this role are experienced personal injury paralegals or legal executives who are able to demonstrate experience in litigated defendant personal injury, notably RTA Fraud or RTA work.

Applications will also be considered from strong personal injury candidates with a litigated claimant background who wish to make the switch to defendant work. Experience of fraud rings and LVI is also important as well as the ability to handle your own caseload.

The department consists of a well-structured team. The personal injury paralegals handle a large portion of motor fraud work for a number of national insurers. Candidates should be driven, committed and possess a keen eye for detail.
