Residential Locum

Our client a strong firm with an excellent reputation of supplying excellent legal advice for individuals and businesses around the South is looking for a Residential locum to join them in one of their Surrey based offices. The Residential locum should be available for the end of July to complete a number of week's assignments.

The ideal Residential Locum will be able to hit the ground running, whilst picking up a full residential caseload that will include but is not limited to: sales, purchases, transfer of equity, help to buy and shared ownership matters. The firm is looking for a Locum with a strong Residential Conveyancing background who has handled all aspects of a caseload.

The Residential locum will be offered a competitive hourly rate, secretarial support and a very commutable location.
