EL/PL Solicitor

EL/PL Solicitor is required for a remarkable position with a highly regarded traditional defendant law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is paying up to 42k plus bonus.

Our client is a leading player within the market with a fantastic reputation for dealing with quality of work. Due to constant growth the business are looking to recruit an EL/PL Solicitor to manage a caseload of EL/PL & fraud files at litigation stage. The client base will be local authority and public sector clients so you must have defendant experience to be successful.

Candidates must have the ability to manage and run an EL/PL caseload from start to finish and you will have proven knowledge of litigation procedures. You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing and organisational skills to a very high standard. You will be committed and self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.

Applications are invited from Lawyers, Solicitors, Legal Executives with at least 2 years experience running a litigated EL/PL caseload. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System
