In-house Commercial Solicitor

In-house Commercial Solicitor - Surrey / South London.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global professional services firm.

They are currently looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor into their Legal Department to be involved in reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, including complex software contracts and related documents (including non-disclosure agreements) and licensing agreements. You will also advise on a range of technology and software related legal matters and IP and trade mark work including Intellectual Property Rights.

The ideal candidate for this role would need to be a qualified Solicitor with around 1-3 years PQE. Strong experience of reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts is essential and experience and/or interest with the software / technology or insurance industry would be a big advantage, along with IT and IP experience.

Applications are welcome from solicitors with an in-house or private practice background, but strong commercial contracts experience is a must.
