Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing, well known, regional practice based in their Reading office. The firm is looking for a commercial litigation lawyer with circa 0-2 years PQE to join their team running an existing, mixed litigation caseload.

From day one you will be handling a mixed case-load of Litigation matters that may include, property and land related disputes, commercial disputes, employment and contested probate. The firm has a large existing case-load and you should expect lots of client exposure and working toward managing your own case-load quickly. From the start you will be encouraged to get actively involved in business development and marketing, developing your reputation with clients in the area as well as the wider firm.

You should be a tenacious individual who has a real passion to practice in this area of law. Training and support will be provided from within the department and the firm are looking to offer a progressive long term career.
