Fee Earner - Personal Injury

A strong established law firm with a leading reputation in the Sheffield market is currently seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join the team.

The Role

Running a caseload of Claimant files without supervision and also assisting on more complex and varied cases including:

• RTA and EL/PL
• Horse Riding accidents
• Industrial Disease
• Faulty Products
• Professional Negligence
• Fatal Accidents

This is a snapshot of the work you will be exposed to and have the ability to widen your knowledge on both contentious and non-contentious work. The firm are keen to have a dynamic lawyer to be able to make a judgement to settle and make sure that you are doing the best for your client.

The Candidate

You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience running your own caseload with minimal supervision or without supervision on Claimant Personal Injury work. The ability and need to want to learn more is essential in this role.
