An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking is sought for a fantastic firm of solicitors in Birmingham. Salary is very competitive and dependant on experience.

Our client is a successful and highly regarded firm, specialising in delivering a range of legal services to both private and commercial clients.

You will be managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, acting for the client in developing and managing commercial property as well as making acquisitions and disposals. You will also be keen to progress and see yourself heading up the department and being a partner in due course.

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in commercial property with a wide range of experience dealing with large financial institutions and major investors/developers. The ability to negotiate will be second nature. You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
