Fast Track Fee Earner

An award winning, Legal 500 Law firm is looking to further expand its hugely successful Personal Injury team.

They are a leading Law firm within Lancashire who offer some of the best employee benefits and incentives on the market, along with genuine mapped career progression.

They are looking for a candidate who is fully capable of handling a caseload of Fast Track RTA files independently. You will be confident in dealing with a range of matters including, Reviewing medical evidence, Pre-Trial reports , Dealing with Disclosure , Instructing Counsel/investigators/medical and other experts/surveillance , Reviewing evidence, Preparing Trial Bundles, Costs Schedules, Attending Conferences and Trial with Counsel, Negotiations/ Drafting Payments into Court, Conducting CMCs and applications and more.

They are looking for a candidate who shares a minimum of 2 years experience of dealing with a caseload of Fast Track files and is fully competent in picking up on matters with immediate effect.

The salary on offer is up to £25,000 + Bonus + Home Working + Flexible working hours.
