Senior Conveyancer

A Residential Conveyancer is required for a rewarding opportunity with a expanding, modern, and successful law firm based in Leamington Spa. Salary is very competitive and dependant on experience.

Our client is a law firm which offers a wide range of legal services concentrating on providing exceptional customer service.

Due to the success and growth of the business, our client is now seeking a 3 years+ Residential Conveyancer to lead one of their Residential Conveyancing teams. The role is to effectively lead a team to produce the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction, with support for the team to achieve maximum performance and create an excellent working environment.

I am inviting applications from outstanding Senior Residential Conveyancers with residential conveyancing experience who are technically sound and ideally have Commercial Property experience as well. The ability to meet tight deadlines and targets is essential with excellent communication and organisation skills also crucial to this role.
