Respected Manchester firm seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to work part-time or as part of a job share.

Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will involve you in an interesting mix of corporate work that will largely focus on M&A transactions. The firm has an extremely good corporate profile and mainly acts for OMB and SME clients. This role is open to a corporate lawyer looking to work 2 or 3 days a week or as part of a job share.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced corporate lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You should have good technical skills and the ability to play a key role on a variety of transactions. There is no requirement to have a client following.
