THE ROLE
The firm is looking to recruit an experienced family solicitor or legal executive who can run a busy caseload of publicly- and privately-funded work. Ideally, the successful candidate would have a following of clients, although this is not essential. The caseload consists primarily of child law and divorce. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of 3+ years’ PQE, or a similarly-experienced legal executive, with a solid background in family work;
Have excellent client-care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters with an empathetic manner and using clear, accessible language;
Have previous experience in Legal Aid funding.
