This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly reputable law firm with a proven accreditation of delivering a full range of quality services to its client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in Residential Conveyancing. You will be able to handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing work upwards of 50 files and ensure that all transactions run smoothly. You should be fully experienced in purchases, sales and mortgage transactions and you will be client focused to ensure their best interests are served and acted upon. Experience of handling Commercial Conveyancing files will be advantageous.
Applications are invited from an ambitious Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will be a good team player with a pro-active attitude who is capable of handling their own caseload and keen to develop business and network opportunities. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent client care and communication skills.
