Are you a newly qualified corporate solicitor who would like to join a Legal 500 firm with a corporate team of 25 fee earners? Would you like to join one of Milton Keynes’ biggest commercial firms and also have access to the firm’s London office?
You will be a newly qualified corporate solicitor with experience in M&A matters, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and corporate due diligence. You will have ideally trained with a leading regional practice or London based firm, and should have a good academic record. The successful candidate will have the backing and support of the firm’s 10 corporate partners and will be offered ongoing training, support and excellent career prospects. The firm can offer a leading regional salary and full benefits package on par with a London based firm.
