Residential Conveyancing

A fantastic new opportunity for a talented residential conveyancer to join a small established practice based in Northumberland.  

The role will involve handling your own transactional caseload of largely private work including sales and purchase, both freehold and leasehold, right to buy, transfer of equity etc from instruction to post completion.  The firm have up to date systems in place including case management. 

There are two other senior solicitors in the team.

The partner is willing to consider qualified and unqualified candidates as long as they have the technical ability and accustomed to handling a busy transactional caseload from start to finish and confident in delivering a high level of client care.
