Conveyancing Solicitor

A fantastic new expansionary role for a talented and motivated conveyancing solicitor to join a vibrant and exciting law firm as a support to the head of department.

The role will ultimately be a deputy to the current head and will involve handling a transactional caseload including  sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions but also management of staff and actively involved in client meetings, entertainment and networking etc.

Someone technically competent is a given but the need for someone with first class communication skills, polished, personable and can engage with clients and maintain relationships is equally as essential.

As you might expect IT literacy is also needed as the firm do have up to date case management systems in place.
