Our client has a market leading commercial services practice, with a dedicated team of experts handling broad ranging matters relating to commercial contracts, commercial projects, IP, IT, outsourcing, data protection and procurement. Advising an enviable portfolio of clients with national and international interests, the firm's award-winning department benefits from a collaborative team oriented culture of continuous improvement and excellent client service delivery.


As part of the firm's growth plans, the partners are keen to appoint a key senior lawyer, likely to be at Legal Director level. Working on behalf of a range of clients including large owner managed businesses, PLCs and other listed businesses with domestic and international interests spanning a range of sectors, you'll handle a challenging mix of commercial and projects work including drafting commercial contracts, agency and distribution agreements, high value purchasing and supply chain agreements, procurement, IT agreements and outsourcing projects work. There is a healthy mix of work drawn from London and across the UK regions.


With a proven track record gained working in another recognised commercial law firm practice (and/or with in-house expertise) you will benefit from an excellent throughput of high quality work in this role, as well as high levels of client contact and the platform to play an instrumental role in the growth of the department.
