This exclusive instruction is for a sole legal counsel role for a mid-level commercial property lawyer.
Client Details
Our Client is a rapidly growing commercial property company, based in London, whole owned and run by two high net worth individuals
Description
Sole legal counsel with be responsible for general commercial property work, together with some corporate work which would be undertaken in the normal sphere of corporate support on property transactions.
Counsel will be responsible for transactions from inception to completion, and carrying out the instructions of the legal directors.
Counsel will also be responsible to the management of external legal counsel in areas outside and away from commercial property (including and not limited to employment/HR matters, tax and corporate finance).
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to be a UK qualified solicitor with between 4 and 8 years of post qualification experience working on commercial property matters, gained in a chambers ranked law firm or respected in house legal team.
