Your new firm
A Legal Top 500 National firm based in Bath are looking for an NQ Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join their well established and expanding Residential Property team. This firm are renowned for providing an outstanding service to their clients and are widely recognised.

Your new role
You will be effectively and confidently managing your own caseload (with supervision where appropriate) and will communicate and attend to clients either in the office or elsewhere if required. You will be advising on all areas of residential law and practice, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will be involved in Marketing and Business Development and enjoy working in a collegiate and collaborative way.

What you need to succeed
You will have transferrable and demonstrable experience, ideally within a similar role. You will possess excellent rapport building and communication skills and be able to communicate promptly and effectively to both clients and colleagues. You will be able to work confidently to high standards whilst under pressure and you will have outstanding organisational skills.
