A Legal 500 firm based in Sussex, requires the assistance of a Commercial Property Lawyer on a locum basis to join them to cover a period of holiday leave in August for a couple of weeks.
The matters you will be handling will include, but are not limited to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Commercial leases and lease extensions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial developments
- Option agreements
- Property finance
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a full commercial property caseload and be able to work without supervision. Previous experience as a locum Solicitor would be ideal but not a pre-requisite.
