This is a US headquartered law firm, which has particularly strong Tax, Corporate, Employment and Private Client practices in London, currently seeking a Tax Associate to join its London office.

Role

As one of the only Associates in the team, you will have the unique opportunity to work with all of the partners in the Tax team on an even mix of tax advisory and corporate tax work, including for major technology companies.

The role will include advising clients on a variety of, predominantly international, corporate/commercial tax issues, including:

  • corporate restructuring
  • transfer pricing
  • mergers and acquisitions
  • management buyouts
  • the tax aspects of private equity transactions
  • employment tax issues

Requirements

  • Strong academics (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in tax the UK
  • Qualified Solicitor (ideally in England and Wales)

Salary

£110,000 - £135,000 depending on PQE
