Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2 - 5 PQE

Interesting and rare opportunity in the current market, we are currently assisting our client, a Legal 500 multi office firm, in recruiting a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Bath office.

Litigation roles in general are very rare in the market, and we are very pleased to be working with our highly regarded client on this interesting vacancy.

The role will involve working on litigation matters relating to commercial and civil matters including: breach of contract, commercial property disputes, contentious probate and trusts, shareholder disputes and defamation.

You will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor, ideally with between two to five years post qualification experience, having trained and practiced at a recognised and reputable firm.
