Our Client, an established but young, dynamic and ambitious Human Rights specialist firm, is looking for Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the busy team in the Farnham office.
You will have:
· A minimum of 2 years PQE in a Private Client department, with specific experience in dealing with Court of Protection matters including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Best interest, and EPA / LPA matters.
· A genuine interest in progressing in this particular field.
· Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
· The desire to work to and deliver the highest possible standards of Client care
